Paul Schneider, Co-Founder

Co-founder and managing director of SLK Finance, Paul Schneider serves as a managing partner for Schneider Enterprise Resources and as a director for Schneider Inc., a $3.5 billion global leader in logistics. He assesses private equity investments for various holding companies and has held general manager roles in operations, marketing and engineering, including being on assignment for Schneider Logistics (Tianjin) Co.

Previous to his family business and private equity career, Paul was a corporate finance analyst for global investment banking leader Morgan Stanley & Co., where he focused on capital fund raising and mergers & acquisitions for industrial clients such as Georgia-Pacific and Lockheed Martin.

Paul has an executive MBA from The Kellogg School of Management, an MSIS from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, and a BA in economics from Northwestern University.

He serves on the boards of Schneider Inc., TrafficCast International, Meihui (Hong Kong) Holdings, and NEW Capital Fund. He is chairperson of the Catholic Foundation, with $60 million in assets managed, and serves on the board of trustees for St. Norbert College and business advisory board for Northwestern University. Paul lives in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with his wife and four children. He enjoys outdoor activities including golf and skiing.
